We are living here for more than a year and whenever we have some emergency we really have to wait for a few days to a week. They don't even give you a rough estimation when you call first time.. You have to call them again just to know roughly when the service will be taken care of.

For example, in the last two days our AC did not work properly (temp has been 80 ) and called them to have their techinician to test our AC filter... They told..they don't have an estimation when he can come in.. That's how they are..

DON'T MOVE IN HERE.... untill they get enough people/technicias for all the aprmtns they manage.. OR atleast ask them how many service people they have for how many apartments...!!

When you call for a repeated problem, their answer, "We've never heard of that before." --------! I've already called and complained about the rodents and so have many of my neighbors, how have they not heard of any of the problems that have been repeatedly been told to them?
