Within a year that I lived here, I have learned of and been a witness to robberies, (one of which my neighbor was sleeping in her bed while it happened), car thefts and vandalisms, an excessive amount of dog poop all around the complex, parties on the balconies at night, and of course a murder and a couple of attempted murders. The staff is friendly until you sign that lease, then the word ------- come to mind and that's not a word I regularly use. If you want something fixed, good luck, I've yet to have the repairs done on my unit that I listed when I first moved in. The biggest joke of all, it is suppose to be pet friendly. It is as long as you keep them indoors. The dog area is a joke, you wouldn't subject any animal to it, esp. one you care for. As soon as my lease is up, we're out and that seems to be the general conscience of my neighbors.
