Does anyone have anything nice to say' Regardless of all the negativity written here, I would like to say that inspite of the fact that this is a 600 unit apartment community, I had a great experience.
There are not alot of apartment homes that are cheap in this area. The office staff, the cookies and amenities are awesome. I had a parking problem that was solve immediately and I have referred several people from my work there and I received money off my rent. There is just too much evil here on this website.
What is wrong with the hearts of Americans today' I wonder did these people pay their rent on time and keep the noise down' I wonder if they just left things lying around in the front seat of their car in the wide open for the world to see' Vandalism and theft happen everywhere.
After analyzing this site which I think should be banned because people are abusing the purpose, there are some POSITIVE COMMENTS that go back to 2002. We are always so quick to give the negative. I applaud the office staff if this is the mentality of the residents that have lived there. AND NO I AM NOT AFFILIATED WITH THEM. I just dislike negative things and I have the power to stand strong for the positive.
Since 2008 there has only been a few negative postings and we are now in June. WOW!!!that has got to say something.
I like the area and Hillcrest are the only apartments that won't suck your bank account dry. Please people focus your energy somewhere else now that you have moved.

This review made me laugh, I wonder is this is a staff member who wrote this? You give them a perfect rating, that's strange seeing that in less than a year they had a MURDER of a child and over 12 apartments that were broken in to...several while people were sleeping! So sad.

This is funny, funny, funny. Everything people say about this place that is negative is true. We are calling the health dept about some of the issues.
