Have lived at the Hillcrest Apartments for about 5 years. Why due to cost to buy and the area is expensive. I have one of the apartments in the main area they take you. Its kept up but the pool fence lock is broken, the bathroom doors have been kicked in that they do not lock. We have locals (none residents) use the pool and have parties. When have approached property management they turn there heads. Security is the company parks the truck on the lot but is not around but a few times in the week to make and appearance. Vandalism is common in the car ports/garages. Have seen large turn over in area due to the inflexibility of the pricing and management. Have seen police take out an employee in cuffs. Last little info if the prices do go down in the area they will not adjust, have tried. Why do I still live here'
