We have lived here for only one year, but that was enough. My main complaints on this place are the thin walls, fluctuating water temperature, and warm air that frequently comes from the air conditioning. I have a toddler and he has been scolded by the water temperature so many times. I put in five requests for them to turn down the water heater or fix whatever the problem is. The solution to them was to install a new bathtub faucet. Seriously, thats what they did. Still have 170 degree water. I will admit that they do have prompt repair service when you put in a work order, but they are just clueless on what to do when they answer it. The grounds are beautiful here. Very well maintained. They do start a bit early but the noise doesn't last that long. My downstairs neighbors pound on the ceiling quite often and turn their t.v.s up loud to annoy us because they think its our fault that the walls are not properly insulated. Complained about them to the staff and the man said that I better beware because if he submits this they may complain back. So' Be prepared to deal with that. The assigned parking is a joke. Way to far away.
