Luau I had a really good time at the Luau tonight. The manager Emma is wonderful since she hosted this event for us.
There was delicious food, live music, and pretty Hawaiian dancers.

Friendly Ridge Top Management is WONDERFUL! Staff is friendly and available, they even deliver cold water poolside!!

Great place to live Great Place to Live the Staff is very helpful. Lived here about six months. The apartment is nice and new on the inside. Great area to live. The only bad thing is people think they are to good to pick up after there pets. But that is a problem very place I have ever lived.

I love it I moved in here about 2 months ago and I can honestly say I love it. the floor plan I have is huge, and the upgrades are amazing. It actually feels like living in a home/condo. The staff has been great and welcoming and I couldnt ask for anything more for me and my dog.

I like it here I just transferred from a newer apartment here and it is just night and day. The inside is definitely worth coming in and checking it out. They have the marble tiles and all new appliances. If you are looking for a place that's quiet, then this complex is the best for you.

Ineffective Staff and Management Staff is ineffective in resolving long standing issues. For the rent people pay to live here and the fact the the Irvine Company markets (and charges) this as a Premier Property I would ahve to say you could find a more enjoyable place to live for the money.
