ive been in harrison court apartments and from what i see it looks a little ghetto but management is very very nice and i just wanted to add something

yes i too have been in harrison court. it is ghetto but all of north highlands is .this place is family oriented.managers are very nice.the new owner is a slum lord .hopefuly this place doesnt go down hill.
