Started out ok at first sign of warm weather the manager (Susan) turned moody she liked causing drama with the residents. When she found out that we were moving out. She threatened my brother in law with violence. We were on a month to month agreement and she charged us for the next months rent, lease breaking fee, and charged us for holes in the wall when there was not any. She also charged us for hauling to the dump and a huge mess. We left a bag of soda cans and no mess. The electricity was never taken out of my name as per law requires upon move out. When I called a bout it she told me to go to h**l and hung up on me. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
