Mesa Verde Apartments

An interesting complex From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/25/2002 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002   This apartment complex is in a questionable neighborhood, and used to be a pretty bad place. The manager, Phyllis, keeps things under control, though. It can get on the loud side sometimes - lots of kids, a couple of people who love their music and love it loud. The people themselves are for the most part very nice, and not unpleasant to be neighbors with. The apartments themselves aren't anything exciting, being a little on the cheap side. The walls are pretty thin, making the noise factor a little worse. For the rent, though, which is a couple hundred under Sacramento's average, they're just fine.
