I have lived here since October 2007. I have had a leak in my bathroom ceiling virtually that whole time. Seven times it has been jury rigged and leaks still. The maintenance is a joke, the manager needs removed and the building department should come do an inspection on the entire facility. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE. IT SUCKS.

At least they tried to fix yours. They never fixed mine and i had water pouring on my head from upstairs. I hope they fix it before they rent out my apartment again.
