I have lived here for 3 years. I am stuck here due to financial issues not by choice. The pool is constantly dirty because they don't actually do anything to the people when they catch them breaking the pool rules. They just shut it down and the rest of us have to suffer and not be able to use it. I have had mold growing in my bathroom ceiling with a hole that has water from upstairs coming out of it for over a year and a half and they still have not fixed it. They found it on two inspections and they came and looked at it when I told them it was leaking water and they still have not fixed it. The security guard thinks he is God and will come and kick you out of the pool early because he does not want to come back in an hour to close it at the proper time. When something breaks in your house they come out and just rig it to work. I have drawers that keep falling apart because they have been nailed back together so many times and they just keep breaking. They say that they fine you if your animal is outdoors but they don't. I had a neighbor who had 5 cats outside and they ruined the chairs that I had on my back porch by peeing all over them. The management told me to put out cayenne pepper because they could not do anything even though they say they would fine people for it. I put out the pepper and the cats just rolled in it. It did not keep them away. I love animals but I would not let them destroy others property. My apartment was not even clean when I moved in. I thankfully will be out of here soon but I would never recommend this place. They talk about being crime free yet I have neighbors who not only smoke marijuana but they have enough people over that I would say they deal as well. Everywhere I go in this place you can smell the marijuana. They throw parties outside on the weekends and leave beer bottles out. It is not safe to let my kids play outside and as a busy person i don't always have time to take them to the park. I really can't wait to get out of here.

That's funny. I pay my rent on time every month. I never make complaints to management. I keep to myself and never blare music. I am courteous to my neighbors. I don't drink let alone do any kind of drugs. To say that I am calling the kettle black is outrageous. I can pass a hair test. Can you? You can't possibly know who I am or you would not have said that I was a trouble maker. All I can say is that you must work for Wasatch to say all of this about me. I am telling the truth. I have seen 3 different managers come through here. I don't break the rules but management does not enforce them either. You are extremely ignorant.
