after several years of HELL living in this place we have finally escaped. Lord I am so glad to be free from this barrio-etto. (barrio ghetto) some observations from experience: * if you have black neighbors moving in, good chance they will act nice for awhile, then move in several more people. The first person dresses nice to fool the manager, then has the relatives move later.
* --------- - same thing except it happens quicker. and get ready for the apt to become a safe house as part of the illegal underground railroad, with many different men living & passing through each day. At least the --------- dont bother anyone!
* white trash meth tweakers & wiggers - youll get the coal burning white trash females with 2 mixed kids and their homie thugs moving in. ( see above )
* russians - they usually move out after a few months when they see all of the BS.
* hindus - all moved out
* decent people left have all barricaded themselves inside after 5pm.
* management - HA! HA HA! what a joke, get ready for a ditzy asst & a slicktalking overdressed manager, who thinks he is at some fortune 500 job.
since this place is at the end of a cul de sac youd think it would be quiet. NOT ! constant loud booming stereos in n out. racing cars. drug dealers who think they are sly but are obvious as hell. in short, a typical north highlands apt. oh yes, musnt forget the always broke front gate system. and when you give your $50 remote deposit kiss it goodbye as it will then be mixed with the general apt deposit, which the manager WILL find some flaw in your move out clean up & deduct it from the total. illegal as hell as your supposed to receive a FULL refund when you return your remote, not have it mixed in with the other deposit. I knew they would pull that stunt & was right when we left. Oh well so glad to be gone, and they know you wont sue em over $50 so its a good scam.
in closing, move here if you have to but be ready for broken promises & noise. and get a good security system for your car / take valuables inside each night.

with all the cheap houses getting sold the scumbag renters are moving to apts like this and ruining them for decent people. sad but true fact. too bad apt managers just sit on their lazy ass with their hands in the hair with a " whatcanidoaboutit" attitude !

And what did any of you do to make Sierra Village a better place? Being the former manager of this place I did my best to make it a better place. But with 70% of you paying your rent around the 20th it was tough to do ANYTHING for you. I constantly borrowed from next month and overspent so that I could repair the years of mismanagement and lack of general care. Dont talk until you walk a day in my shoes as YOUR manager

accepted fact that the renters are low lifes here, rent probably hinges on the amount of drug deals made here....just want out of a lease that keeps me here long enough to have all my things stolen and vandalized.
