recently management has allowed several individuals to move in here, you are never sure who lives here and who does not. They loiter, litter and are offensively loud, fighting, banging doors, coming and going at all hours.
If you value your sanity, safety and possesions this is not the place for you...

I have to disagree with this comment. Like any community, there are some problem people. But management is on top of the issues, and it seems that the background checks they have done make a huge difference. The people are friendly and very community like. I have refered several people to live here and they all feel the same way. No regrets at all. Management is super friendly and seem to genuinely care about the people that live here. I have even had the manager and maintenance guys randomly high five my kids and ask them how their day is. I think thats great, where else are managers that nice?
