Casa de Monterey NOW called Tierra Palms, STILL HORRIBLE!!!

Well, these apartments have such a HORRIBLE reputation that AIMCO renamed them! This week, they're calling this place Tierra Palms. Don't let that fool you. This place is STILL over-run by Gangs, Drugs and Cockroaches. And the management STILL has your car towed from your own spot (on ANY excuse) if they get pissed at you.

It is horribly noisy, filthy and unsafe here. And they're is no air conditioning in the bedrooms so you can't een close the windows to lessen the noise.

DO NOT RENT HERE OR AT ANY AIMCO PROPERTY!
