I will have to agree with the other comments that the people working at this complex are very rude, tho ------- has always been sweet, but I believe she's fairly new. Let's give her time and see if she builds the same arrogant demeaner as the rest of the crew.

Cons: Thin walls, dogs with no leashes, noisy neighbors, dim underground parking (very dangerous), they claim they have security guards patrolling at night but in my 12 months here I have only seen a security guard on 2 occasions in 12 MONTHS, tiny gym, Extremely Noisy AC units (Can't sleep with AC on because of the noise), only options for cable are charter who are horrible (most residents have dishes due to this)!!!

This complex will lie to you to get you to move in. They informed me that if I got someone else to move in I would get a months free rent. Managed to a coworkers friend that these apartments were the nicest in Norwalk (this was when I barely moved in and didn't know better), but then after she moved in I was informed that I didn't qualify for the months free rent for some BS reason when I was told all along that i did. Absolutely ridiculous!!! This complex is full of crooks if you ask me.
