Nice building and landscaping but that is where it ends. Constant vandalism to auto properties and constant thefts from them as well. Management responds with an attempt to look as if they care but end any statement with..."this is not PCC's responsibility" therefore do not really care. Any attempts to portray security as great is a total mirage. They do not really care about your properties or problems so if you do...do not move here!!!

I have been in the community for a year. If I remember correctly, my leasing agent went over the lease with me and in the lease it states that I am responsible for my own belongs. In the lease it states that this is a gated comuninuty but not secure. I can not see how we can blame the management for the actions that others do. No I do not want my property taken, but I know that I have to take precautions anywhere I go. It's the world we live in. If you think that it will not happen anywhere, please let us know so we can go there.

This is obviously someone working for the company... Do not let them fool you into thinking they can not do anything because they can!!!! "It's the world we live in" yes, but it is what we do as a community to help slightly control these issues. I do not live here anymore thank goodness but my friend does too bad for him. Management will not even ensure to do anything to help secure grounds so it shows a lack of care for their tenants. AS THE FIRST PERSON STATED...DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!
