We have had nothing but problems.
The place is falling apart, kitchen and bathroom cabinets....leaky faucets....screens and screen doors coming apart.
The noise level from adjacent apartments is ridiculous.
They are always shutting off the water for hours to fix something...sometimes with NO notification.
We had an incident in Feb that the gas was shut off for 5 full days...they credited us with 5 days of rent, but try living with no hot water, heating, or gas for cooking for that long. Especially when you work, and have a family with children.
Overall, I believe I made a big mistake in moving here.
