Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
 
I live here and am moving at the end of the month. I am breaking my lease to get out, which is costing me $1500 in penalties but is worth it to get out. They do frequently shut the water off for hours at a time and there is a line around the building with boards and cones where they have dug up and have not finished....3 months later.
