pls read below - this is a nightmare!!! Dirty, loud, no phone calls returned from the business office - renters are on their own!!! this place is disgusting!!!

Maybe YOU'RE dirty and disgusting and that's why you're unahppy. The place is immaculate for move- in- it's up to you to do the upkeep in your unit. If it was that bad, when people look at the apartments, they'd notice. You didn't explain anything and therefore your post makes no sense. I'm assuming you're probably the ones everyone would be glad moved out.

You are obviously employed by the complex - - anyone can see THAT! It certainly shows your immaturity just by virtue of the fact that you have made this a personal attack. Enough about you though, as your opinion of me is really just an insignificant piece of inconvenience. For those that are THINKING of moving here, make sure you visit this place on a Friday night - make sure you check-out the overflowing garbage cans on the Ferina Street side of the complex (on a Sunday night if you can) which has a constant swarm of flies surrounding it and let's not leave out the small tunnel (Ferina Street side) leading to the parking lot that reeks of urine!!! You wanted specifics sweetie? You got 'em! This is just the TIP of the iceberg!! The Barnwall entrance is VERY deceiving! It boasts of neatly manicured single-family homes, a flower garden and it's quiet. Conversely, on the backside of the complex, it resembles something out of the PROJECTS!!!! My final words, If you decide to live at Villa Del Sol in Norwalk, please believe that you will regret it!!!!! I have NEVER in my life taken the time to write a review a complex, but this is the EXCEPTION. The owners should be ashamed of themselves!!!!
