| 12/11/2012 | I have lived here since it was first built, in 2006. This is a very nice apartment community. It is clean; well-maintained; and the apartments are modern and good-sized. The office staff are very helpful and if there is ever a problem in the apartment, maintenance comes and fixes it promptly. When I first moved here it seems like there were more disturbances, but I think management has gotten a lot better about screening prospective tenants and over the last six years, it has begun to feel very safe and surprisingly quiet for a large complex.
