The place isn't bad. The woman who assisted me was very friendly and engaging. My only real compliant is the apartment I was shown didn't leave a great first impression. They didn't bother cleaning it sufficiently, and the air wasn't on. It was over 90 degrees outside, so I suppose they are too cheap to pay to make the place look and feel appealing. If they did not even take the time to do this for a prospective sale, what else wouldn't they take the time to do for current tenants' I will not rent there. I think they ask $200 more than what it is worth.

You can't be serious. You expect a place to leave the A/C on just for prospective renters to "take a look?" Aside from the cost to do this, are you at all environmentally conscious. Obviously you're environmentally brain dead. I don't live in Country Oaks anymore but couldn't help but comment on your hilariously absurd review. Good day sir.

Dear djmunich aka Country Oaks Management, People would it find it very difficult to believe that a person who no longer live there would be checking this page often enough to respond within 24 hours of the original complaint. Moreover, your defensive attitude & name calling have made prospective tenants like myself question the professionalism and competency of the staff at Country Oaks, not to mention the fact that you have violated the site's TOS by posting in the first place. Dear Annonymous, I actually was a part of the staff of Country Oaks some years ago and know for a fact that djmunich is not an employee. djmunich is a resident that I had at Country Oaks and does not deserve to be bashed by someone that judges a community based on their efforts to save energy during a time that it is in high demand. Country Oaks could probably thank thier lucky stars that you will not live there based on your ignorance.
