Be careful

Owned by a nationwide corporation out of Texas. You will be really nothing more to the local management than one in hundreds of local tenants to be feasted upon as a sourch of corporate "Equity," (probably not dis-similarly as to most any renting entity's relation to you). Sometimes aggravatingly disinterested management behind chirpy masks, may be getting better (or not). Be aware of tightlybound lease renewal, cheap construction (only outwardly nice), and noise, though it's located within a lovely area of the neighborhoods around it and nature nearby. A mixed tenancy, with many young noisy up-all-nighters, corporate in-and-out, and older folks. Lots of turnover. Lease renewal has added around 4% each year lately.
