These apartments are terrible. They are not well maintained. Management will try everything to keep your deposit including going after you for wear and tear that existed upon move-in. Equity recently had a class action lawsuit against them filed by numerous tenants claiming Equity kept their deposits with no foundation.

The rental increases are insanely high and although someone wrote they are negotiable it isn't easy. Some of these favorable reviews are clearly written by the management. Do yourself a big favor and go elsewhere. Don't be taken in by the friendly nature when you are looking. It disappears the minute you sign a lease. Grounds are unkempt. It is noisy. An extremely unpleasant place to live.
