Wow, this place really sux

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2009
They do not care about your apartment
once you sign the contract.
Since it's right in between both middle school and high school,
there are many people move-in in summer.
Because of that reason, they give you no deals at all.
They offered me to pay over $1700 dollars per month
even though the price on the website says $1580 per month!!!!
And they havent fixed our one of the outside doors
for 3 years.
