Wow, this place really sux - They do not care about your apartment once you sign the contract. Since it's right in between both middle school and high school, there are many people move-in in summer. Because of that reason, they give you no deals at all. They offered me to pay over $1700 dollars per month even though the price on the website says $1580 per month!!!! RACIST STAFF I showed up on time to my appointment to see a 2-bedroom unit and was treated very rudely by the staff. They intentionally ignored me while they helped two other people who showed up after I did.
After half an hour I could not wait anymore and left. They never called or emailed.

Really? I looked at an apartment and really did not like what i saw. The apartment i was shown had old carpet with a big stain in the middle and the kitchen was real dated. i guess for the price it's okay. I didn't rent there.

very pleasant experience I lived at Oak Park for one year and never had an issue. The staff was always helpful and repaired everything in a timely manner. I would still be living there if I didn't have to transfer jobs.

HORRIBLE!! Do not rent at Oak Park Apartments. The management does not care about the tenants at all. Once you sign that lease, they will do nothing for you. The apartments are beat up and run down and they won't do anything to make them nicer. They don't maintain the property

EQUITY STINKS!!!!! The management is apathetic and down right clueless. They could care less about the residents and are the most unfriendly people. The place is beat up and the apartments are disgustingly old and run down. It can be yours for $1600 plus per month. Just say "NO" !

Great Place to Live I have lived at Country Oaks for two years and I have to say that I have had a great experience. My neighbors are great and the Management has been wonderful to me and my family. I would recommend Country Oaks to anyone who is planning to move to the area.

Equity mgmt is the worst! Heartless, cold & calculating! Management has changed, staff treats you like crap. Don't expect anyone to be humane towards you, you are strictly a number here...! It's all about the mighty dollar. Maintenance guys are efficient enough. Bugs

Poor Management This Property Management is very notorious for jacking up the rents at will at the end of the lease term. They are unwilling to pass on the deals that they give to new customers to existing customers when you extend your lease.
