Horrible building manager - Security is always an issue/front doors not secure. Mngr never monitors timer lights so can be dangerous entry and garage due to darkness. Elevator is broken a lot. Adequate apartments - I have lived at Dor Chez Apts. nearly 10 yrs. in that time, the rent has gone up from $625 to $701. There have been noisy tenants from time to time, but I´ve found that by either speaking to the manager or directly to the neighbors, the noise level decreases.
