This place is horrible. NO HOT WATER! Only in the morning. NO HEAT! Since they put in the new heating system; we havent have heat since. ONLY ONE ELEVATOR IS WORKING! They piss in the washing machines... Fire Alarm is always going off in the middle of the night and in order to turn the fire alarm off; we have to wait for the fire department to come and they take about 20 minutes or so. I wouldnt recommend my own worst enemy to stay in these apartments. I complained about the mildew that is on my bathroom wall due to no vent. After complaing and complaining; finally they came. But you know what they did.... They just painted over it. WTF'''' It seems like we have a new landlord every year. Crime is bad. But Crime is bad everywhere in Oakland. Just stay to yourself. The only good thing aboout these apartments is that its affordable and you dont have to pay PG&E.
