The most well-managed building I've ever lived in

Moving around a lot over the years, I've become quite the connoisseur of apartment living. The management of Aqua Via, without a doubt, has offered me the best rental experience I've had to date. Any problems I've had (and there haven't been many) have been dealt with swiftly. The property manager here is genuinely concerned with making this a great place to live and always treats me and the other tenants with respect. I recommend this building to anyone. The units are unique, have open floor plans and are virtually soundproof. Oh, and did I mention Aqua Via has a boat we can use'
