I am very happy here! Aqua Via is very pet friendly and the staff is amazing! I feel at home here. From leasing with Stephanie, the front desk, Ben and Karina to management- I feel as if I am a part of the family. They have tenant mixers with yummy cheese and wine (I'm glad I don't have to drive home). Theres a very welcoming feeling here. My loft is very bright and I never here my next door neighbors (except for in the hallways sometimes) but never when I am in my apartment.
