I've had VERY bad experiences with this management company and they manage Bret Harte Apartments and a number of other locations in the other. CWP Management is based in San Leandro. Shady practices that end up in court and time and money spent by tenants that should not have.

CWP Property Management,Inc. was founded in 1967, most highly rated management company by owners and residents, except this one disgruntled former CWP employee.
