The apartment building is brand new and offers really nice features, such as the granite counter tops and upgraded stoves and refridgerators. Plus in a 1 bdrm you do receive a full size (stacked) washer and dryer. Parking is bad, the spots are NOT assigned. (May have changed since I've moved out few months ago) Parking is underground, which is nice; however if you arrive late at night, good luck finding a spot. The assistant manager is rude and condenscending, unless you happen to be one of the tenents that live in the penthouse or top floors. There are 24 hour guards that do nothing but sit there and stare at you. They are great when you have a package and need to pick it up after hours, but this is their only ability. There is one good guard who is very helpful and probably the only one that speaks English well and he unfortantely works the midnight hours. Countless times I've seen the other guards sit at their desks when a tenent had their arms full of bags and were fumbling for their entry card to open the heavy doors. The guards just sit there and watch. I've also had a guest who came to visit and was banging on the doors (guests are suppose to sign in at the front desk) and the guards ignored him. He finally called me on his cell phone and I had to come down. Overall, the apts are expensive and not worth the price they are asking. For this price they should provide EXCEPTIONAL service from the office to the guards at the desk.
