Overall the building is very nice and the apartments are well appointed, but the character of the building is abyssmal. The management is absolutely horrible and totally unresponsive, the bulk of the tenants are inconsiderate, loud and irresponsible and it is defintely not worth the very high prices they are charging. Safety is also an issue as there are a number of shady characters around all the time and one does not feel safe walking around at night. Strongly consider other options before choosing this complex as your next home.
