poor management - gorgeous building

i'm still living in the building now - great views, well-constructed building
why the owners have ruined such a good building with terrible management is beyond me
thug-life prevails at times, esp around Raiders players living in the building - police-event on the 2nd floor deck at the beginning of the football season was particularly bad
parking is a giant mess - poorly planned, even worse in execution
asst manager is the most condescending, stupid person i could ever imagine having such a position of "authority" - she really deserves to be doing customer service for wal-mart
