Since Essex is a traded company, I ask the question how do you run this company and property. The management people treat their tenants like dirt. The "don't care, so what" attitude simply won't work in today's business. This is the place where the worst apartment management and staff you can find.
Particularly, this skinny woman you can tell (likely with no education) gives no respect to her tenants.
