Best Location & Building in Oakland

As a penthouse renter since March '03, this is the best location in the East Bay. Having lived on both the East & West Coasts in apartments and houses, this is the best building I have every lived in. It is ideal for single person who travels a lot, as I do. It is safe and secure with easy access to the freeways. Lake Merritt is a real gem that gives you a open feeling while living within easy walking distance to BART, the main library, the main post office and downtown Oakland. I am renewing my lease and will glady consider buying, when these apartments go condominium!
