After reading all these reviews I have to agree that The Essex is poorly run and lacks the key ingredient needed to succeed...
SERVICE- There is no consistancy, no pride and a very non-caring staff...
Shame on the Corporate Office for not understanding and supporting the needs of both management and the staff. It starts at the TOP!
