The Essex has the worst reputation of any buliding that I have ever encountered. The staff is unprofessional and the workmanship is poor. The building has many flaws that as a resident will make your home life miserable. It is for sale now but if you value your money you will not invest. The new management team is proving to be even worse than the previous team.
