Don't invest here!

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004
 
as a former tenant I would never invest in a property that continues to decline on all levels. Staff, service, management, buliding quality, etc. The new and old staff are extremely dishonest! And it is worth contacting the Oakland police dept. to find out how often they visitthe property for problems. And it is often!!!
