The new-ish building has some nice features, but overall doesn't seem like it's built to last. There's a reviewer out there who says having tenants who don't find this great to just leave... increasing his value. I don't get this. Every unit for rent in the place is negative cash flow. Great for renters and ok for owners if the value remains - terrible if it does not
