Lived here 4 years so far and overall it is nice place to live. Convenient to all transportation and stores. The views you can not beat. The building although it needs alot of maintence and honestly I believe both owners and renters are to blame for careless use of things. I have seen this in action. Some people just were not raised with good consideration. I guess mom did not teach them well. The Pool is one added attraction and is not kept warm enough to enjoy year round.
