I've lived at the Essex for 7 years now, first as a renter and now as an owner. I love the building design, the amenities and the location! Walking around the lake and being within walking distance to complete many errands is so nice. My only complaints - cheap kitchen cabinets, parking in the sub-dungeon, and elimination of guest parking spots in the entrance alcove.
