I recently moved into a Silveira owned property and I most totally recommend it. I do strongly recommend that you personally check out the property because they have a range of older and newer properties. The 4 bed house I moved into is less than 10 years old and so nothign is broken and anythign that we've reported has been dealt with in a prompt manner. Our rent is really decent, especially for the nice area we live in (Montclair). I don't think the rate we have can be found with any other property company.
