This company rents lots of houses and apartments which are generally on the
low side of current market value. However,
I know of 4 seperate tenants (including
myself) and we?ve all had major problems
getting maintainence work done and then getting our security deposits back upon moving out. If you must rent from these people document (take photos) of every broken fixture/appliance, carpet stain, plaster chip, etc. when you move in. Otherwise they?ll try and charge you for some prior tenants handywork when you move out, probably stick your money in their back pocket and re-pass the blame along to the next sucker.
