An OK place to rent from

Years at this apartment: 1995 - 2007
 
I have been renting from them since 1995. Overall they have been ok. Defintely slow to respond to repair needs. My last needed repair I waited over two months. I know they own a lot of property, but that is not an excuse. Besides that I haven't really had any other real probelms.
