This condo is managed by an aged group of neo-politicians. They vote each other in and then try to run the building like a fascist government. They spend the home owners' money like it is their own on political agendas of their own. The building has major plumbing issues that could and should be a first priority! Instead, landscaping, exterior painting, and other cosmetic concerns are placed ahead of interior unit concerns. Their board (bored)meetings are a joke!
