	I lived here for 5 exact years and lived with constant noise. First was the alcholic. Second was the VERY LOUD, "I am IN CONTROL of this FLOOR", "everyone HAS to listen to MY NOISE" ------- friend of the manger. ... more

	I lived at 230 Wayne Ave for 2 years. The building is well maintained. The other tenents are quiet and courteous.
