Overall I would not recommend this place. Since it is a low income housing unit, there is a lot of drug use going on in the apartment complex. I have constantly run into people on the elevator who rank of weed and are so high can barely make it off the elevator, and I also smell it a lot in the hallways.

The parking garage is gated and you have to use a key to access the elevator which is good, but the elevator is small and located directly next to a garbage dump so you have the pleasure of smelling trash while you wait.

The apartment itself however is rather quiet compared to other places I have stayed at. One of my biggest problems was the lack of guest parking. Its basically one for all on the street. The cabinets in the kitchen are old and peeling and the bathrooms are really small. This place is just overall GHETTO, but like I said, its affordable housing, so you can probably get a good rate here.
