I would no longer recommend this Apartment to anyone. Like some of the tenants said, the services and quality of living in this apartment has gone downhill. Maintainance requests are not handled in a timely manner. My greatest disappointment is the lack of care for the elivators by some residents. To cite some examples - some kids urinate in the elevators, trash random items, spill coffee etc.. Over the 2007 New Years eve, in a matter of 2 hours, one of the elevators was trashed twice after the maintainace guy has cleaned the first dump already. The smell was unbearable. The bottom line is the apartment has lost its appeal on every element.
