I was one of the two people ambushed, robbed and asulted at gun-point (by four people) and advise anyone considering moving to Skyline Hills to be aware of the unsafe nature of these apartments (poorly lit, open acess to pedestians 24-hours a day even though the gate for autos closes at night, utility doors by the units that do not close, etc.) and, in my opinion, the managment?s seeming lack of concern regarding the same.


Although the aprtment complex looks relativly nice and has some convient amentites (such as in-unit washer and dryers), the saftey concerns are real. According to the officer who took the police report after the robbery the Round Table Pizza across the street is often robbed (you would have to verify this, but this was what he told me). I concur with other tenant?s comments regarding the managment and the unusually high amount deducted from my security deposit.
