Nice, but very very pricey

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
 
Nice apartments but very over-priced given the current economic climate. Not very receptive to requests for lowering rents. Actually our rent has gone up by $110 or more every time we have renewed our lease in the last 18 months.

We are looking to move soon to something more reasonably priced.
